1 kg spinach |
chop the spinach into 5cm pieces wash the spinach and leave it to soak for 10 minutes rinse and soak until no more grit comes out drain the spinach |
1 large onion |
peel and grate the onion |
25 g butter |
melt the butter in a pan fry the onion gently until it becomes transparent |
250 g minced meat salt and pepper |
add the meat, salt and pepper cook gently for 10 minutes |
1 handful green coriander 1 tsp ground coriander seeds |
add the spinach and coriander steam gently until the spinach is soft mix it all together and serve |
